What You Will Do

As an Associate with Ascension-WI, you will have the opportunity to oversee strategic planning, resource allocation, and the management of academic education, research, and related clinical programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads academic education, performance effectiveness, and research functions. Sets vision and strategy and directs long-term financial/budgetary and program planning for these areas.
  • Guides programmatic developments that promote interdisciplinary education and research. Builds internal and external collaboration for integration efforts, teaching, and research excellence while developing and implementing policies related to institutional and program-specific operations.
  • Oversees operational research areas and maintains compliance with regulations governing hospitals.
  • Serves as external liaison with affiliated hospitals, universities, educational, and research organizations in matters of education and research.

What You Will Need

Licenses/Certifications/Registration:
  • Required Credential(s):
    • None Required obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. 
Education:
  • Diploma 
    • Bachelor's degree required Master's degree preferred
Work Experience:
  • 7 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
