What You Will Do

As a Communication Automation Specialist with Ascension Ministry Sevice Center, you will have the opportunity to Consult with clients to maximize communications effectiveness by facilitating the planning, design, delivery, and evaluation of targeted messaging; and leveraging Ascension’s enterprise-wide digital communications platform and others, as appropriate.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective relationships with existing clients; pursue and develop new business opportunities as appropriate
  • Coordinate complex communication projects; conduct needs assessments, develop and deliver solutions and assets to meet needs, and ensure client success through provision of ongoing service and technical troubleshooting
  • Meet or exceed service-level agreements
  • Develop and deliver client training events and materials
  • Maintain, build, and leverage technical knowledge and skills, both within the team and cross-functionally
  • Consult on, prepare, finalize, and distribute internal and external messaging; create original content as needed
  • Analyze message effectiveness and consult on solutions for continuous improvement
  • Define, document, share, and follow work processes to ensure consistent, high-quality results
  • Effectively steward the One Ascension brand

What You Will Need

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or liberal arts preferred (e.g. Computer Science, MIS, Informatics, Communications, English, Graphic Design); or equivalent combination of education and 1+ years experience with digital communication technology within a corporate environment.

Work Experience:

  • Two years of program or service delivery experience preferred
