Administrative Coordinator

We Are Hiring

Administrative Coordinator - Total Quality Management - Full-Time, Day - St Thomas Midtown Hospital - Nashville, TN. 

Work schedule typically Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.  However, candidate will need to be flexible a few times a month as person will need to cover 7:00am meetings and staff to finish meetings that last until 7:00pm.

Previous Healthcare experience preferred. Responsibilities include taking minutes for meetings, organizing agendas. Candidates must be Microsoft Office Proficient and knowledge of Cerner is ideal.

What You Will Do

As an Associate with Saint Thomas Health Svcs-TN, you will have the opportunity to organize and coordinate office support functions, activities and workflow for assigned functional area or department.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates office services including telephone coverage, supplies, and preparation and distribution of correspondence, meeting materials, and reports.
  • Tracks and disseminates changes and updates to policies and procedures. Makes recommendations to improve and streamline office functions.
  • Organizes and maintains filing systems, tracks scheduling information, and ensures that office operating costs are within budgetary constraints.
  • Responds to internal and external inquiries, providing information, printed materials, or other resources as appropriate.

What You Will Need

Education:

  • Diploma 
    • High school diploma or GED required
