What You Will Do

As a Coordinator, Integrated Communications and Content Associate with Ascension, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and/or lead assigned project(s).

Responsibilities:

  • Contact, schedule, confirm, and plan logistics of interviews service line experts, thought leaders, clinicians, executive leaders, associates, and patients.
  • Work with key clinical contacts to schedule and secure resources for ongoing community health screenings.
  • Serve as regional liaison and communication admin for Southern region.
  • Support internal and external communications and content development for the market and across the MWF as needed
  • Capture, track, and report impactful news coverage for internal stakeholders in a timely fashion.
  • Organize and update media and SME contact databases.
  • Enter, update, and reconcile data within forms and databases.
  • Monitors project plans, schedules and budgets. Recommends alternative actions based on tracking outcomes.
  • Organizes and supports project meeting agendas.
  • Documents and tracks project action items.
  • Coordinates and prepares meeting reports, materials and presentations.
  • Coordinates and/or leads project tasks as assigned.

What You Will Need

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • A degree in Marketing and/or Communications is preferred.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
