Ascension St. Vincent's Clay County has been awarded an “A” grade by The Leapfrog Group. The Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade uses national performance measures from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Leapfrog Hospital Survey and other supplemental data sources. These performance measures produce a single letter grade that The Leapfrog Group says represents a hospital's overall performance in patient safety.
Ascension St. Vincent's Clay County has received an “A” grade since Fall 2017.
Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA); Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing; NRP
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required
1 Year Labor and Delivery RN Experience required
