Additional Job Details:  .Hours: This position is full time 3pm to 3:30 am, three shifts per week with every third weekend and holiday requirement.

What You Will Do

As an Associate of Ascension All Saints Hospital, you will have the opportunity to perform basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Aids with movement and placement of patients.
• Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.
• Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff. Documents necessary records.
• Keeps patient rooms clean, orderly, and maintains medical equipment.
• Performs emergency department specific care/duties as assigned within scope of job.

What You Will Need

Licenses/Certifications/Registration:

• Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 2 Months (60 days) of hire date or job transfer date. 
  • Nurse Aide credentialed from the state of Wisconsin obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. CNA certification on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work within a hospital setting.

Education:

• Diploma 
  • High school diploma or GED required

Work Experience:

• None required.
