What You Will Do

As a Supervisor with Ascension Genesys EFC, you will have the opportunity to supervise assigned staff in performing activities or tasks of the assigned practice site(s).

Responsibilities:

• Supervises the orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Assists with performance evaluations.
• Participates in multidisciplinary meetings or committees addressing issues and implementation of new services.
• Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.

  • None required. 

Education:

• Diploma 
  • High school diploma or GED required

Work Experience:

• 1 year of experience required.
