Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, Full-Time, Day

What You Will Do
As an RN Coordinator with Ascension Seton, you will have the opportunity to coordinate nursing program activities and resources within clinical specialty or department. You will work with Cleft lip and Cleft palate pediatric care. That includes infant feeding instruction, call triage, research, retrieve and enter data, case management for families and preoperative teaching. We are looking for an RN with clinical experience in those areas.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and oversees program, making recommendations and acting as a resource for all nursing staff related to patient care and clinical standards, policies and procedures. Develops and documents care plans and therapy programs.
- Oversees and ensures plan of care therapy program is implemented as indicated. Ensures necessary resources and/or equipment is obtained as ordered.
- May supervise and direct nursing staff.
- Coordinates, assembles, and maintains documentation as required.
What You Will Need
Licenses/Certifications/Registration:
- Required Credential(s):
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing.
Education:
- Diploma
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
Work Experience:
- 1-2 years' experience with Cleft lip and Cleft palate, pediatric care, nursing degree, retrieve and enter data, research, and clinical experience preferred.
- None required.
