Shift: Monday- Friday
Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm - No Call
Radiology is a broad field that involves the use of radiologic medical technology to diagnose, manage, and treat a variety of conditions and diseases. A radiology nurse is a vital member of the radiology team involved with the assessment, planning, and care of patients who undergo diagnostic, interventional, and therapeutic procedures.
Providing patient care to those individuals prior to and immediately following invasive Radiology procedures
Contribute to the interdisciplinary team to provide the safest care for the patient
Assess and coordinate the patients discharge planning needs with members of the health care team.
Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
Licensed Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required
Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
2+ Years Med-Surg experience preferred
