What You Will Do

As a Savings Plan Services Rep with Ascension, you will have the opportunity to research and assist in the administration of employee benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates customer service responses to day-to-day inquiries from associates, beneficiaries, internal and external constituents, ministry service center, management and vendors regarding the core savings and benefit plans.
  • Assists with the administration of the legacy defined contribution plans throughout the system by providing customer service support to participants. Interacts with multiple plan vendors.
  • Assists with the calculation and verification for annual health ministry contributions to participant savings plan accounts.
  • Partners with vendors, health ministries, and other internal resources, to research and authorize survivor benefits.
  • Works with internal resources, health ministry representatives, the MSC and appropriate vendors to research and update associate employment events in all systems and databases.

What You Will Need

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years call center experience or HR service experience preferred. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office or Google Suit applications. 
  • Clear verbal and written communication.
