Radiologic Technologist - Surgery 001 - Full-Time,Rotating -2001 W 86th St - Indianapolis, IN
Shift Details: FT Evenings (Tuesday - Friday 11A - 9P)
Bonus Pay Details: Sign On Bonus ($10K over 3 installments: 1st: After Orientation, 2nd: After 1 year, 3rd: After 2nd year.)
Preferred Experience: Urology, Spine, Neuro, Ortho, General, O-Arm
Requirements & Description:
One or more of the following:
Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Associate's degree or Technical degree required from accredited University ARRT
1 year surgery experience preferred
As an Associate with St. Vincent Health-IN, you will have the opportunity to take radiologic films providing quality images to physicians to aid in the diagnosis of medical problems.
Prepares and positions patients for imaging and selects exposure factors accurately.
Follows radiation safety procedures and guidelines. Prevents patient from being exposed to unnecessary radiation.
Ensures prompt submission of high-quality of all images and documents sent to PACS (image quality, correct lead markers and patient data/history).
Correct charging and tracking of exams in RIS system
