Pharmacy Inventory Tech (Union) - Pharmacy Services General 001 - Full-Time, Rotating - St. Francis - Milwaukee, WI

**Work Schedule: Rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.

What You Will Do

As an Associate with Ascension Wisconsin you will have the opportunity to maintain appropriate inventory of medications, Intravenous (IV) fluids and pharmaceutical supplies according to established policies and procedures

Responsibilities:

  • Receives and stores all medications, IV fluids and pharmaceutical supplies according to established policies and procedures to insure the integrity and accuracy of received items.
  • Maintains quality improvement documentation to monitor the quality of the purchasing and receiving functions.
  • Coordinates handling of outdated drugs and supplies.
  • Coordinates workflow for cost effective operations.

What You Will Need

Education:
  • HS or Equivalent 
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
Work Experience:
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a pharmacy technician position required.
