Continuing Medical Education Coordinator - Medical Education 001 - Full-Time,Day - St Thomas West S&E Bldg - Nashville,TN

Schedule: 8:00AM-4:30PM Monday - Friday, occasional evening and Saturday hours

Ideal candidates will possess education and/or work experience in one or more of the following: education, clinical care, preventive healthcare, adult learning, simulation, incorporation of technology into physician practice, or event planning.

What You Will Do

As an Associate with Saint Thomas Health Svcs-TN, you will have the opportunity to organize and coordinate the activities and flow of work related to internal and external medical staff conferences.


  • Identifies medical educational opportunities for medical staff.
  • Determines and implements plans for medical conferences.
  • Determines eligibility for Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit and documents and reports CME credits earned by conference attendees.
  • Develops and establishes relationships with activity directors, commercial support company representatives and physician leaders. Provides customer service to activity attendees.

What You Will Need


  • Diploma 
    • High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • None required.
