What You Will Do
This associate is expected to be a subject-matter expert on Medicare Advantage, including actuarial issues surrounding the bid process, risk adjustment, and market competitiveness analysis. In addition, the associate is expected to have a working knowledge of Medicare Advantage health plan operations, for example care management processes and coding initiatives.
This role is client-facing; the Associate will be expected to provide consultative services and build trusting relationships with the various Ascension markets to expand the actuarial team’s scope and influence. The Associate will regularly interact with and present to C-suite level business leaders, physicians, care management teams, and other operational personnel.
The role requires moderate travel to Ascension market locations (approximately once per quarter).
