What You Will Do

As an Associate with Ascension, you will have the opportunity to initiate, plan and coordinate marketing and/or public relation functions for the organization.


  • This position supports CRM Performance and Analytics as a new sales platform.

  • Works closely with the strategic marketing and developing content that is optimized for a personalized journey.

  • Author content based upon strategic priorities.

  • Understanding the audience, understanding writing/ content for readability, following brand and style guidelines.

  • Create and implement tactics that align local market voice to System's key messages that reflect the organization's direction and position.

  • Ensures that communications are consistent, accurate and appropriate to support the organization's identity and further its strategies and mission.

  • Create detailed analytics analysis for customer journey strategies to be used as the basis for content optimization and ROI awareness.

  • Use appropriate metrics and measurement strategies to enable continuous improvement and ensures effective use of resources.

  • Collaborate with internal team, agencies and other vendor partners.

What You Will Need


  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.

Work Experience:

  • 3 years of experience preferred.
  • Must have at least 3 years of Salesforce ont he Marketing Cloud, customer journey for touchpoints.
  • Targeted Marketing and Customer Relationshiop Managment.
  • Excellent verbal, oral and written communication skills.
