What You Will Do
Provides coordination for projects, programs, and events.
Assists in the development and implementation of communication, marketing and/or project plans. Prepares reports for leadership regarding the status of projects.
Supports delivery of project results within constraints of budget and resources.
Serves as a liaison with other markets and broader human resource functions.
Coordinates project planning and delivery, including but not limited to project resources, data, funds,
activities, staff, and schedules to ensure effective and timely completion of projects within budget boundaries.
Coordinates projects and programs as assigned to include processing requisitions, developing spreadsheets and presentations, managing distributions, generating reports, coordinating events, coordinating sponsorships and coordinating social media responses in alignment with digital communications leadership.
Implements tactics that align local market voice to System “key messages”.
Ensures that communication and marketing outputs are consistent, accurate and appropriate.
Supports Marketing and Communications Shared Services leadership and staff to implement internal and external resources locally and nationally.
Generates metrics and measurements which are used to enable continuous improvement and ensure effective use of resources.
What You Will Need
One year of experience in marketing and/or communications in a speciality area such as branding and marketing, internal communications, public & media relations and/or digital communications required.
Understanding of computer systems and project management practices preferred.
SEO experience/capabilities preferred but not required.
