Assistant - Office Operations - Physician Support Services with Lourdes Ascension in Binghamton, New York
In this full-time, 1st shift position, you will work directly with our patients who have been referred to specialty providers and services. Your role is to present your best customer service skills, knowledge of healthcare and ability to stay focused in order to schedule appointments with speciality providers and services. You will collect the necessary patient demographic and insurance information, seek insurance approvals when needed and most importantly, keep the patient apprised of any changes to the expected plan for services.

You will work out of our centralized call center location on Lewis Road in Binghamton and eventually, the department will be located at our new operations within the Oakdale Mall.
