Ascension St. John Supplemental Staffing Pool
With Ascension St. John's Supplemental Staffing Pool, you will be able to work around family, school and lifestyle commitments. Four different scheduling plans are offered to fit your needs within your nursing specialty. Float opportunities are at the location where additional staffing is required - St. John Tulsa, St. John Broken Arrow, St. John Sapulpa and St. John Owasso locations.
As an Associate with Ascension St. John, you will have the opportunity to provide direct nursing care in a diverse healthcare environment in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
Serves as a coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
Assesses and coordinates patient's care needs with members of the healthcare team.
BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing .
Licensed Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required
Two years of acute care experience preferred for Med/Surg and Telemetry areas; three years for critical care and specialty areas.
