Work Schedule: Hours may vary but will be between 6:00 am and 7:00 pm Monday thru Friday and Saturdays from 6 am to 1 pm
Position Summary: This Medical Assistant is an essential relationship role for three large employer clients (Racine Unified School District, City of Racine and Racine County) and will allow this associate to build great rapport with a dedicated patient group by not only addressing acute care needs but also proactively helping employees and their family members with wellness. In this role, you would be part of a dynamic team providing excellence in care comprised of other Medical Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Health Coaches as well as additional roles which are likely to be added in time. The clinic would likely see between 20 - 35 patients each day. A Medical Assistant with excellent communication skills both verbal and written; someone with very strong interpersonal skills is integral to the operation of this clinic.
