Hi, I’m Alie Swartz. I’ve been in the healthcare sector since 2001, starting as a Human Resources Generalist before transitioning to Talent Acquisition in 2005. I primarily specialize in nurse recruitment, but I also have extensive experience in leadership and allied health recruitment. My background includes seven years in the kidney dialysis industry and fourteen years within large hospital and health systems. I joined Ascension in 2018 as a Talent Advisor for St. Agnes in Baltimore, and in 2020, I transitioned to our national pipeline and engagement team. I focus on understanding your needs and matching you with the right opportunities and Talent Advisors to hopefully find the perfect fit within our organization.
