Hi there, I'm Kayla Urben. I've worked in various roles across healthcare recruitment for about eight years. I began as a campus recruiter, where I focused on building our hospital system's brand among college and high school students across Wisconsin. I joined Ascension in July 2024 and became part of the National Talent Engagement team in November.
