After 25 years of service in the U.S. Army, I know the challenges that come with transitioning to civilian life — the uncertainty, the search for purpose and the question: “Where do I belong now?”

Today, I’m proud to serve in a different way. As the Military Talent Attraction Specialist at Ascension, I help veterans and military spouses find meaningful careers in a mission-driven organization that values their unique strengths. I’ve lived the transition journey myself, so I understand the importance of finding not just a job, but the right fit — a place where your skills and experience truly matter.
