Rethinking the OR experience

Our Tennessee and Texas operating room teams are changing the way we deliver surgical care. Cross-functional teams, known as pods, are modeled to mirror a specialty hospital experience with the goals of increasing OR team satisfaction and improving clinical outcomes. Associates build in-depth skills and relationships as they collaborate within small, focused teams. They also receive quarterly incentive plans, guaranteed paid hours and advanced training and development.
