What You Will Do
The Director of Pediatric Nursing Acute Care Services at Dell Children's Medical center will direct services, workflow and resources for assigned nursing area. In this role, you will be over five inpatient units: Hem Onc, Neuro, Respiratory, Inpatient Rehab and the Surgery Unit. You will be responsible for capturing all inpatient nursing responsibilities with five direct reports. We are developing a robust Cardiac, Neuro Science, Acute Care and Hem Onc programs. We are bringing in medical and surgical talent to educate and reeducate us on how to care for this population and set us apart within the community and you will be able to be a part of this.
