What You Will Do
The Coordinator, Media Planning and Buying, will work collaboratively with the Media team and account strategy to develop media strategy, implement plans, and track and analyze response of media plans/buys. Understand target audiences and marketing needs, identify media tactics that will deliver measurable results, and assist in development of media plans. Form relationships with media outlets, gain knowledge and understanding of specific offerings. Maintain understanding of opportunities in specific markets and overall media environment. Create and maintain flowcharts information. Collaborate with Billing Team to address discrepancies as necessary to ensure timely payment of media vendors.

The individual will develop and foster relationships internally and among the organization’s markets and represents Ascension with external media partners. The specialist will ensure work aligns to Ascension’s Marketing and Communications goals.
