Offsite - Wisconsin (Must reside within the Wisconsin market)

Join our HR Consultant team and support the Wisconsin market with HR program delivery and data analysis. You will support local leaders on best practices, analyze training metrics, work through system errors, and create HR training materials as well as lead HR trainings. Apply to learn more!

What You Will Do

As a Regional HR Consultant with Ascension, you will have the opportunity to collaborate and deliver training, coaching and communications programs to improve the efficiency of HR Operations within the region. Partners with Ministry Market HR Partners to improve manager/associate use of HR systems and processes.


  • Analyzes use of HR systems, PeopleSoft, MSC, case tools, and other resources, identifies opportunities for program and service improvements, and makes recommendations to enhance delivery of HR operations.
  • Partners with Ministry Market HR Partners to build and deliver programs to enhance the effective use of HR tools.
  • Develops, documents and participates in user training on changes and new program delivery.
  • Monitors task assignments to ensure completion on schedule, within intended scope, and at defined level of quality. Identifies project opportunities.

What You Will Need


  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 5+ years of HR experience preferred. 
  • 3+ years of experience in delivering communication and training to large groups preferred. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

  • Comfortable presenting to large groups
  • Strong in data analysis
  • Able to build rapport and be consultative
  • Proficient in change management
