Shift Details: PRN Rotating – 12-hour shifts. One major Winter holiday and one major summer holiday required if needed.
One year of experience is required
Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
St. Vincent’s Chilton is an 11 bed Emergency Department and offers 24-hour emergency care. It is great for local community members and travelers passing through.
Located in the center of Alabama on Interstate 65, halfway between the cities of Birmingham and Montgomery. Our city's parks and recreation facilities are beautiful, convenient and offer something for everyone year-round. Visitors to our city enjoy an abundant selection of hotels, restaurants, and attractions, and because of our proximity to the larger cities, day trips to an even larger selection of entertainment sources are convenient
Chilton is a small community hospital and we strive to provide excellent care and genuinely care about our co-workers and patients.
Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the Alabama Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) required within 6 months of hire
