Location:  Providence Health Center

Department:   Nursing Administration 

Additional Job Details:  Full-Time, Nights (either 12 or 8 hour shifts) Rotating Weekends

What You Will Do

As an Associate with Ascension Providence, you will have the opportunity to answer incoming calls and perform triage of inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Responds to telephone and/or Internet inquiries from customers seeking information and/or resources., following a set standard.
  • Collects relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking and reporting activities.
  • Track inquires, questions and answers and provide resolution.
  • Performs additional clerical duties as assigned.

What You Will Need

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

Work Experience:

  • None required.
  • LVN experience preferred
