We called on caregivers to join us in our fight against an unprecedented pandemic, and healthcare heroes around the United States answered our call. As we continue to care for our communities, that call remains. Now more than ever, our care teams are resilient, dedicated, and together, we are stronger. Stay connected with our hiring leaders and join our talent network below. Help us as we continue to stand together as one Ascension for the people we serve.
All across Ascension, our care teams and associates have shown resilience and dedication to our mission, even in the face of a 100-year pandemic. We’ve seen caregivers volunteer for assignments in other ministries who were deeply impacted with COVID-19 cases, as well as the creation of hyper-focused teams whose main goal was to identify and take care of associates needs, Ascension-wide.
Ascension pulled together additional resources to take care of our associates. From on-demand spiritual care and virtual peer support sessions to a dependent care program to help ease the hardship for those serving on the frontlines in our ministries, Ascension is committed to creatively serving the needs of our associate community and their families.
Our number one priority is the health and safety of our associates and the communities we serve. Ascension supports both clinical excellence and patient safety through the creation of innovative, patient-centered healing environments, and expanded access to care for the uninsured and under-served.
At Ascension, we understand that no two people are the same, and the healthcare benefits that are offered should reflect that. If you’re looking for an opportunity that provides you affordable, accessible healthcare while you make an immediate impact in your community, we invite you to be part of our care teams.
During this time, on-site hiring events and interviews will be paused so that we can focus on the health and safety of our associates, candidates, and ultimately the patients and communities we serve. We understand the value of these in-person opportunities, but will pivot to virtual connections with qualified candidates to fill these critical roles on our care teams. We have a variety of full-time, part-time, and temporary employment opportunities available nationwide.
